Recently, I used my gift certificate and went to eat at Toya restaurant. Let me correct that sentence right away: I went to have a culinary experience and meet passionate people who don't just present the dishes to you, but speak with love about the products, mostly local, and their producers. Moreover, the dining room is magnificent, overlooking the garden where herbs and flowers grow, used and picked during service. Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the departure, right down to the little extra touch for my birthday. A huge thank you to the chef and his entire team for this unforgettable moment; I'm still starry-eyed, just like I am in this review.

The service was impeccable throughout the meal: the staff was attentive, discreet, and genuinely took excellent care of us. As for the cuisine, it was a magnificent discovery. Each dish surprised us with its rich flavors, balanced tastes, and remarkable textures. My wife and I went to this restaurant for her birthday. The setting is lovely, with a beautiful view of the golf course. Inside, it's nice to see that the tables are spaced far enough apart to give customers a feeling of privacy and seclusion. Regarding the service, it's important to highlight the politeness and discretion of the waiters. A special mention goes to the chef, who came to serve us our dishes, taking the time to explain each one with infectious enthusiasm. As for the food, we enjoyed the amuse-bouches as well as all the dishes, which led us from one delightful discovery to another. Thank you also for the consideration given to the dishes (modifying ingredients) that my wife couldn't eat because she is pregnant. I will definitely return to eat there. Keep up the good work, it's excellent.
