We had an incredible and unique experience through the cuisine of chef Loic Villemin and his team. The idea of ​​only revealing the menu at the end of the meal is superb and all the dishes were a delight. A big thank you to the sommelier for his kindness and good advice but also to the team present in the room. I highly recommend this establishment, ideally located, offering a magnificent view of the Faulquemont golf course, with a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

Careful service, smiling sommelier who loves his work, quality products and dishes with careful and sought-after sourcing. Glad to have finally been able to try this restaurant! Looking forward to being able to return there in summer with a view of the golf course! Small downside: the offer of champagne by the glass was limited only to a major brand champagne... It's a shame not to have been able to discover a small producer in this type of starred restaurant when the rest of the wine list is quite interesting!

The room staff is perfect, always present, discreet and attentive. Each dish is presented. We also meet the Sommelier whom we listen to and whose words we drink in, as we feel the passion for the profession. Congratulations to the kitchen staff who we didn't see but who do an extraordinary job. The ambiance and interior decoration are truly charming. The staff is welcoming and attentive. My wife being vegetarian, the team did everything to ensure she had a wonderful time. The menu was really delicious and tasty. We were particularly impressed by the honey and citrus themed desserts, which were an explosion of flavors on the palate. The dishes were magnificent, the seats were incredibly comfortable and the sommelier, who we gave carte blanche, recommended wines to perfectly match our dishes. We would like to thank you for all these little details which, when put together, helped make our experience truly wonderful!

An excellent lunch in a pleasant setting with a magnificent view of nature. We really appreciated the different dishes both for their presentations and for their flavors. Tolles Restaurant. Tolle ausgefallene Gerichte . Tolles Ambiente. Süße Darbietungen aller Gänge. Lediglich die Champagner/ Weinempfehlung war nicht optimal. Dies lag an der Sprachbarriere von uns allen...! Dennoch ausgezeichnet. Ein weiterer Besuch wird kommen...! M.S. P.s......der Hummer der Wahnsinn..... die Soßen der Wahnsinn zum Quadrat. Danke ☺️

Restaurant situé dans un endroit calme avec une décoration très chaleureuse, la cuisine est délicieuse et sait parfaitement s'adapter aux goûts de chacun, ma conjointe étant végétarienne et enceinte le jour du repas elle a pu avoir un menu adapté et très bien cuisiné. Les produits sont locaux et travaillés avec beaucoup de soins par la brigade. Le service quant à lui est irréprochable, des serveurs attentifs, à l'écoute et passionnés vous accompagnent tout au long du repas pour vous raconter l'histoire du menu servis. Je n'ai qu'un seul reproche à faire, c'est le prix du menu végétarien qui est au même que le menu normal alors qu'il ne comporte ni viande ni poisson, sinon tout était parfait, je vous recommande chaudement cet endroit magnifique.
