Superb. Everything was perfect. The atmosphere and decor are very nice. The service was impeccable. The dishes were very generous and delicious (they really are very generous portions). We ordered one dish to share between the two of us for our children, who also loved it.

A gem in Strasbourg. Alsatian specialties served in an outstanding manner. Everything tasted fantastic. A huge compliment to the owner.
Tip: The choucroute platter is enough for two.

While in Strasbourg, I naturally wanted to try the local specialties, and the experience was absolutely delightful!
So, I can't pronounce the names of the dishes, but I managed to eat everything despite the generous portions 😊
It's delicious and original (for a non-Alsatian, of course 😅), and being surprised by Alsatian coffee is an experience that brings a smile to your face and helps you have sweet dreams 😉
The welcome and service are warm, and smiles punctuate the meal…
In short, a truly enjoyable culinary experience that will guide my next Strasbourg dinner 🥰

The setting is typically Alsatian, warm and authentic, perfect for a local experience.
The dishes are delicious, generous, and showcase regional specialties—it's hard to leave hungry! The service is also excellent: pleasant, efficient, and professional.
A minor drawback is the desserts, which are a bit pricey compared to the rest of the menu.
I highly recommend this place for discovering Alsatian cuisine in a traditional atmosphere.

Very local and authentic. Not touristic. The best chicken asparagus backoffe I had in Strasbourg 👏

Fantastic restaurant serving traditional Alsatian dishes. Everything is high quality, generously portioned, and very reasonably priced (€80 for two starters, two main courses, and two pints of beer). The waiter was very friendly. I highly recommend it – a great find!

We spent a long time deciding which restaurants to choose for our only two dinners in Strasbourg. In the end, we picked the Fink Stuebel on the edge of Petite France, and we’re very glad we did.
In a very rustic and cozy setting, we spent a few very pleasant hours enjoying outstanding Alsatian cuisine. Needless to say, you probably won’t get a table here without a reservation. As for the food, I’d like to highlight my wife’s glazed pork knuckle. It was the best she and I have ever had. The Bavarian knuckle doesn’t even come close. I’d also like to praise the iced Kougelhopf, which comes highly recommended. We had the sauerkraut as a side dish with the foie gras (delicious with a Gewürztraminer vendange tardive) as an appetizer, and I had it as a main course with the choucroute. It’s different from what you’re used to in Germany—less tart, almost a bit sweet. It went very well with the foie gras, and with the choucroute, it was actually the best part of the dish. The choucroute disappointed me a little, but perhaps I had the wrong expectations. I recommend sharing the choucroute, as very few people will be able to finish this very large portion on their own. Thankfully, we shared the appetizer and dessert; otherwise, I would have been able to eat even less of the main course. Our daughter had cheese spaetzle, which looked more like cheese dumplings and were also very good.
At the next table, a group of Alsatians were dining and chatting in their dialect. The Fink stuebel is popular with tourists and locals alike.
