A winstub with a terrace set back from the street, serving many authentic Alsatian specialties. The staff is pleasant and smiling. The vol-au-vent was excellent, as were the perfectly crispy spaetzle that went so well with it, and the sauce was delicious. Better than at the old establishment! A little disappointed by the grumbeerkiechle (part of the salmon Big Mac), one of which was really overcooked, and the pitcher of white wine wasn't chilled... But the baba au kirsch (very generously served) made up for everything! We will return to this friendly restaurant.

A typical Alsatian restaurant in the center of Strasbourg. We were completely satisfied and pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes served. Friendly staff. There's an outdoor seating area, although a bit small. As you can see from the receipt, we really wanted to try a little bit of everything before deciding. I recommend booking because it's very popular with discerning tourists. 😊👍 It lacks a bit of attention to detail to make it perfect, but we'll definitely be back!

A restaurant with outdoor seating options, in a quiet, very pleasant area. The chef's specialty is Alsatian cuisine, and it's very well executed. The meat truly melts in your mouth, and the sauce is delicious. And the wine served in typical Alsatian glasses is charming.

From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with a smile and genuine kindness—a rare quality these days and one that deserves to be highlighted. The food is excellent, entirely homemade with seasonal produce, offering flavorful, generous, and perfectly balanced dishes. Special mention goes to the desserts: absolutely delicious, and the tarts... simply divine! The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing meal. A very handy bonus: you can reserve and order the daily special for takeout from Tuesday to Friday (by ordering the day before). A pure delight, I highly recommend it! ✨🤤
