The tarte flambée was very good, except for the rice pudding/sesame/mango one, which lacked a bit of zing. The waiter was a bit odd, nervous, and defensive. The decor wasn't very chic; we were expecting something else. We weren't offered a table upstairs.

Fantastic experience at Flammes & Co in Kaysersberg during our stay in Colmar! A truly warm welcome, despite our young baby – we immediately felt comfortable and welcome, which was so appreciated ❤️ And the food… absolutely delicious! Special mention for the "Coin Coin" flammekueche, which I highly recommend: flavorful, generous, and perfectly balanced. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful culinary experience; we will definitely be back!

My husband is a huge fan of good flammekueche, so we simply had to stop by when we saw the menu… and we weren't disappointed at all! The quality was excellent, the flammekueche was superb. Special mention goes to the crème brûlée flammekueche for dessert: a real treat, simply divine! We'll definitely be back 😊

Recommended by a local shopkeeper, I went to try the tarte flambée and it was a wonderful discovery! A varied selection, from basic to very original, and even sweet options for dessert (the crème brûlée version was a 200% hit with my husband!). Impeccable service, a warm welcome, and a very polite waiter. Prices are higher than in other restaurants, but the originality and the taste are definitely there.

14/03/2026: A magnificent experience from start to finish. A true discovery with exceptional cuisine. I highly recommend it. Thank you again for the warm welcome.
07/03/2026: The chef and the crew were fantastic. Had some of the most amazing vegetarian food . Ambience, wine selection, the service. Superb. Only funny thing is that you have some weird hanging sculpture and a half cut heffer which is really not good for creating an appetite. But maybe that's just my take 😀

18/03/2026: Good bakery. I thoroughly enjoyed their spelt bread. The 5 stars are for the bread. As for the "lounge" area, it's more like an Alsatian bakery, not a fine pastry shop. The coffee is typical bar coffee, and the pastry I chose was quite heavy.
16/03/2026: It's a place worth choosing because of its friendly staff, cleanliness, and delicious products. I especially recommend their bitter almond croissant.
