Only Alsatian cuisine: very good choucroute. Real flavors and a scent of sauerkraut that inebriates you as soon as you open the door 😅 . Warm atmosphere, friendly and fast service. Fair price for these parts... what more could you ask for? Vote ...top!

Typically Alsatian Winstub. The menu is limited but this also shows the quality of the products and the cuisine! We had a great time and had a blast! The waiter is very friendly and the food is very good. You need around thirty euros minimum for the meal. On the other hand, you will need to reserve because the restaurant is often full and does not have a significant number of tables. Also be careful with parking nearby, it's complicated and you will have to walk a few minutes.

Excellent restaurant, Alsatian charm, family meal this afternoon, very warm welcome. I chose the ham with extraordinary Munster sauce 😍.

Nice typical Alsatian restaurant, pleasant service, fast but without rush and we ate very well. The menu is not too large but still offers a nice range of gourmet specialties, the homemade blueberry pie was delicious, in short a great discovery.

Au Passage de la Tour

06/04/2024: Lovely restaurant right under the Tour des Bouchers with traditional Alsatian cuisine. I had the calf’s head with sauce gribiche and my wife had the seasonal asparagus with 2 hams and 2 sauces (sauce gribiche and house made mayonnaise). Portions are very generous. A nice Riesling in the glass to pair with the food. Service was brisk and professional. Lovely atmosphere both inside and out.

01/04/2024: We spent 2 nights in this hotel and were also able to enjoy the SPA. The entire stay was perfect. The very friendly staff, the very varied breakfast, the magnificent room and the very well maintained SPA complex. The SPA park is also a beautiful place to relax. Everything is done to make you feel good and it works! I already want to go back. The little extra with the SPA accessible to hotel residents before and after closing time to the public.
