I admit I had my doubts on the way home, but by the end of the evening I didn't want to leave. The service was excellent, and the dish was generous and perfectly executed!

€29 per person for 3 people (€87.50 in March 2026). Good food in a very large, understated dining room with a rather modern, slightly minimalist style. Quite a bit noisy. Comfortable seating. Professional service. (++) Munster cheese tarte flambée (€13.50). A good tarte flambée, just the way I like it: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. (++) Veal kidneys (€21). Ordered pink and served pink. Good and generously portioned. With sautéed potatoes. (++) Pork cheeks (€20). Good jus and a good dish. (++) Apple crumble tart (€5.50). Good dessert. (++) Profiteroles (€10). 3 cream puffs. Good. Tea (€3.50). Coffee (€2.10). 2 glasses of Pinot Gris (2 x €4). 1 Pepsi Max (€3.90).

Dinner with my daughter in a warm and pleasant setting. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly and smiling. Excellent traditional cuisine; we highly recommend this restaurant. We will gladly return with our family.

10/04/2026: We stopped by for a nice local beer at 6:30 pm on the terrace. It was almost full, and we enjoyed watching the warm welcome, the friendliness, and the professionalism of the entire team as they handled the high demand (sunny and mild weather). We decided to come back the next day for lunch: no regrets whatsoever! The welcome, the friendliness, and the attention to detail that nothing was lacking made for a very pleasant experience. We were served a baeckeoffe, Alsatian asparagus, and two hams—simply MAGNIFICENT! Thank you to this wonderful team who prove that Alsace knows how to welcome guests.

Auberge du Parc Carola

04/05/2026: I warmly recommend the Auberge du Parc. As international visitors to Ribeauville I researched the restaurants carefully before selecting 'the Park' for my wife's birthday dinner. From our arrival to drinks under the delightful trees to the delicious pudding all was hugely enjoyable. The foie gras starter was the best I've ever tasted, my lamb in herbs with fruit was tasty whilst my wife's bouillabaisse was generously rich with seafood. The ambience was welcoming with a sense of a loyal local following. Our taxi driver returning to the Spa Casino a couple of Kms away complimented us on identifying 'the best restaurant in ribeauville'. With local Rieslings and Pinot Noir by (several) glasses the price was good value for the quality of the fare. Recommended.
24/04/2026: A restaurant worth discovering, refined cuisine, very pretty setting and a very friendly owner.
