We always enjoy going to Flam's because everything is simply very good. The food is prepared quickly and excellently. You can sit comfortably and simply enjoy yourself.

I went there on the recommendation of a colleague. We had a fantastic meal; the flammekueche were delicious, there was a wide variety of choices on the menu, and the waitresses were attentive and offered excellent advice. I will definitely return and recommend this restaurant.

A little tête-à-tête with my friend; we opted for the HOP La package, which was fantastic!! I highly recommend it. However, our experience was slightly marred by the waiter, who was unpleasant and twice forgot our orders. Probably due to the eclipse.

As always, I go there to have a pleasant time. This restaurant, with its traditional dishes, perfectly embodies Alsace in its purest traditions. The welcome is always warm, friendly, and above all, professional. There's a good menu with plenty of choice. The set menus are very appealing; the all-you-can-eat option is perfect for those with a hearty appetite, and those who want to try a little of everything can enjoy the starter/main course, main course/dessert, or starter/main course/dessert. The prices are reasonable for the quality. The staff is quite young, but they are responsive and welcoming. Thank you for the good humor and smiles; it's so pleasant! It's a sure bet, and I will definitely be back. I recommend this restaurant.

The Flam's are good, but there's a slight feeling of bothering the waitresses...who nevertheless remain cordial.
