Flaveurs sur Valence

Very nice gastronomic place. A cuisine always very elaborate with regional products. The chef's passion is felt in each dish offered. The room in a cozy and intimate atmosphere allows you to fully appreciate a pleasant gastronomic moment.

We were asked to arrive at 12:10 p.m., on time we had to wait almost 10 minutes before someone came to see us. We ask for champagne as an aperitif, without a menu they bring us a bottle that we did not choose. For the wine, the sommelier asks us which wines we want (isn't that the role of a sommelier to advise) we go for a Chablis and a St Joseph, same no menu and they bring us bottles at random without us specify the origin and the owner. Otherwise excellent meal from every point of view. I find it a shame that for a Michelin-starred restaurant we were not offered a wine list.

C’est donc dans le P’tit salon, le bistrot gastronomique et chic de Flaveurs pour l’occasion privatisé, que nous avons passé une soirée à l’occasion d’une réunion de fin d’année. L’endroit est sympathique, la décoration plutôt chic et soignée avec une grande table pour 10. Le menu reste une surprise pour tous les convives, y compris moi-même, le chef Baptiste Poinot a juste tenu compte des allergies / intolérances données à l’avance pour concocter les différents plats. Tout est savoureux, on se perd entre les succulentes St-Jacques, le gambas ou la volaille aux salsifis. Un petit bémol sur le dessert à base de mousse chocolatée Valrhona , qui a moins séduit par rapport à tout ce qui a précédé, mais on reste sur du très bon bistronomique. J’avais choisi une formule vins compris, ils sont servis un peu au compte goutte selon moi, mais ils sont bien accordés. Au niveau de la facture, on reste en deçà d’un dîner dans la salle d’à côté tout en bénéficiant de la même cuisine et d’un service soigné. Nous avons passé une très belle soirée Au P’tit Salon, je recommande vivement !
