Fleur de Sel sur Cagnes-Sur-Mer

We heard about this lovely restaurant from a friend and it did not disappoint! Each dish was designed with a lot of love and care, refined yet very flavourful and beautifully presented. Service was flawless and the space is a good mix of cozy and modern. Would come back anytime!

On a friend's recommendation, we went to this restaurant for dinner, and what a delight! Everything is beautifully prepared: meat, fish, seasonal vegetables, and dessert. It's a cuisine of subtle balance that allows each flavor to shine. It's visually stunning and delicious! The service is very welcoming. Let me tell you, objectively speaking, as a regular and discerning diner who appreciates good restaurants, this is by far my best experience. Absolutely flawless. The location is perfect, the atmosphere is friendly and calm, and you feel right at home. The quality of the ingredients and the expertise in showcasing them is simply incredible. As always, I'm a big fan of good restaurants, and I discovered flavors I won't soon forget. When your appetizer is as visually stunning as a dessert with exceptional taste, I can guarantee you won't forget your evening. The service is exceptionally smooth and professional. Honestly, the average price for a meal for two with wine is around €120-€140. Not surprising, though. But to eat like this, in these conditions, at this price... go for it! A young, ambitious, and perfectionist couple with the mindset every restaurateur should have. Thank you again for this wonderful experience. It was incredible!!!
