There are restaurants where you eat well… and then there are places like Fleur de Sel, which truly touch us. For us, every visit there is something very special. We always choose the Signature menu, and each time we are amazed once again. Every dish is prepared with so much love, creativity, and sensitivity that you immediately feel all the passion behind it. The food isn't just delicious—it's a genuine experience every time. But what makes this place truly unique are Alex and Chloe. Two wonderful people who created this very special place with immense warmth, kindness, and a genuine sense of hospitality. You feel comfortable from the very first moment, welcomed with sincerity and perfectly taken care of. It's rare for a restaurant to leave such a strong impression, not only for its cuisine but also for its human touch. And that's exactly the case here. For us, Fleur de Sel is no longer just a restaurant, but a place we always return to with great pleasure. Fleur de Sel was a wonderful discovery. I wasn't expecting to find such a remarkable place. The welcome was absolutely perfect. And the food... exceptionally good. You can taste the effort, the flavor, and above all, the true mastery of the kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. Definitely a place I'll be returning to without hesitation.
