An Unexpected Visit We were strolling in Hauts de Cagnes With my daughter… intrigued by this adorable little shop This surprise service offer… Like true tourist caricatures, we pushed open the door And from the very warm welcome of a very classy young lady (Chloé, we learned via Google), we felt like guests at a gastronomic event. The result was an impeccable, delicious four-course menu—I don't have enough adjectives to express it—accompanied by the perfect wines, in my opinion… In short, a sublime experience To sum it up… go there! An absolute gem perched in the Hauts-de-Cagnes district. What makes Fleur de Sel truly exceptional is the immense human feat behind every service: the chef works entirely alone in the kitchen, while a single person manages the dining room. And what a person! Their warm welcome, kindness, and remarkable professionalism bring an extra touch of soul and a stunning fluidity to the entire evening. Managing to maintain such a high level of exacting standards and attention with just two hands and four arms is simply genius. On the plate, the magic happens immediately. Special mention goes to the veal cooked at low temperature: infinitely tender, juicy, meltingly soft meat, cooked with masterful skill. A pure moment of indulgence. If we had to offer just one small suggestion to reach absolute perfection: a tiny bit more intensity in some of the seasonings or herbs would further enhance the experience. For example, the thyme in the apricot dessert could be a touch more pronounced to balance the sweetness of the almond biscuit and the acidity of the apricot, giving it that incredible depth. We had a wonderful evening in this small and intimate restaurant, run by a local couple. You can choose between a 3 course, 4 course or 6 course meal, the dishes are then decided by the chef on the day. We took the 3 course meal with the (very generous) wine pairing and had an absolute blast. Would definitely recommend!

From beginning to end, this was the meal of a lifetime. We chose to do the 6-course prix-fixe menu and did not regret it. Every course was meticulously planned and had exceptional flavor profiles. When we learned our server was actually the mastermind behind the amazing dessert as well, we were stunned. Her and her husband run the establishment with just the two of them, which at the level of dishes and service they presented, was mind blowing. I will be thinking about this meal for years to come and would plan a trip back just to have family and friends experience it with me. 100/10!

Just ended our Cote d'azur Trip with a dinner at Fleur de Sel. The service was great and the food so exceptional, that ee changed our 4 courses to 6 courses. If we ever come back to the south of France, we will for sure dine here again. Thanks for the wonderful experience Chloe and Alexis!

We opted for the 4-course menu and enjoyed an exceptional meal at this charming restaurant run by a husband-wife team. All the dishes were full of flavor, and the sauces were real stand-outs. Along with delightful, kind service, it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end - and a great value for the high quality. We cannot wait to return!

We had an exceptional evening at the Fleurs de Sel restaurant in Cagnes-sur-Mer. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in a true culinary journey from beginning to end. The concept is brilliant: you have absolutely no idea what you're going to eat! The menu changes daily depending on seasonal produce and the chef's inspiration. Each dish is a delightful surprise, refined, full of flavor, and particularly creative. You can truly taste the passion and sincerity behind the dishes. It's run by an absolutely charming and talented young couple who do remarkable work. The welcome is warm, the service attentive, and the intimate atmosphere perfect for a romantic dinner. My partner particularly loved the "nuage" (a pure moment of culinary poetry!), and we were both more than delighted from start to finish. We highly recommend Fleurs de Sel; it's a wonderful restaurant on the French Riviera. We'll definitely be back!
