The restaurant is located in the historic part of the city, so it's very quaint and beautiful. The only flaw is the parking. The food is excellent, as is the drink. The staff is very attentive and thoughtful, and even though the restaurant was initially full, they called us back to let us know a table had been freed up.
I read a negative review that said they don't pay attention to intolerances, but I have to say they asked if we ate everything. Then I wonder if you know you have food intolerances. You certainly don't go on a blind date. I'm sorry to say this, but only an idiot would do that.

We had been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, as it had been recommended by our friends.
We thoroughly enjoyed discovering, from the amuse-bouches to the dessert, seasonal products subtly combined. Bravo to the chef!
We received a very warm welcome and attentive service. Thank you.
We will definitely be back.

One of the finest restaurants in Cagnes-sur-Mer, and a must-visit in Haut-de-Cagnes. The cuisine is exquisitely refined, inventive, and perfectly executed.
We opted for the €49 Discovery Menu, which included an amuse-bouche, starter, main course, and a delicious dessert featuring Carros strawberries: a true delight from beginning to end. The price is surprisingly reasonable considering the quality.
You can enjoy a genuine gastronomic experience in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, far removed from overly formal establishments.
I will definitely return.

A wonderful evening at Fleur de Sel.
The service was impeccable, very kind and attentive.
The cuisine was sophisticated, full of flavor, with perfectly balanced sauces and seasonings. The ingredients were fresh and seasonal, which was evident in every dish.
A huge plus was their handling of allergens: the team was very attentive, reassuring, and clearly experienced with these dietary restrictions, which is rare and much appreciated.
A place we will gladly return to.
