A wonderful evening at Fleur de Sel. The service was impeccable, very kind and attentive. The cuisine was sophisticated, full of flavor, with perfectly balanced sauces and seasonings. The ingredients were fresh and seasonal, which was evident in every dish. A huge plus was their handling of allergens: the team was very attentive, reassuring, and clearly experienced with these dietary restrictions, which is rare and much appreciated. A place we will gladly return to.

An absolutely perfect dinner at this gourmet restaurant run by a passionate couple, with the chef in the kitchen and incredibly kind service. An intimate setting, with only a few tables, perched high above Cagnes. It's a place where you feel truly at ease: unpretentious, yet with genuine emotion on the plate. The cuisine is refined, perfectly executed, generous, and uses fresh, seasonal ingredients. The value for money is simply unbeatable. The service was friendly, attentive, flexible, and meticulous. Not a single flaw. Well done on your work! A helpful tip: take a credit card imprint when making reservations. A charming restaurant in the beautiful medieval village of Cagnes. The blind tasting menus reveal delightful surprises while respecting individual tastes and dietary restrictions. Each dish is an explosion of flavors, with perfectly executed cooking demonstrating the chef's professionalism. The desserts are also delicious and beautifully presented, not to mention the irresistible homemade bread. Finally, the wine pairings complement the menus perfectly, offering some truly interesting discoveries. The charming hostess provides impeccable and attentive service.

Meh, we weren't impressed. Sure, the setting is cute, the service very attentive, and the dishes in the Tasting Pack are sophisticated, but frankly, it's not very filling, there's no choice, and above all, the wait between courses is incredibly long. We spent two and a half hours there in total. To be more specific, one glass was chipped and the water carafe was cloudy. Note that access is very difficult on an extremely steep street, and the parking lots are extremely far away (my mother is 91). Opt for the free shuttle that runs every 15 minutes. It's not my style to complain, but the general consensus is that we won't be going back, that's for sure.
