Fleur du Desert sur Caen

A huge thank you to the Fleur du Désert team, and especially Chef Karim, for their magnificent service at our Easter benefit meal for the homeless. In addition to providing all the necessary equipment, their delicious couscous was a resounding success and truly delighted all our guests. Their generosity and culinary expertise are something we highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Catering for an association, he prepared 40 absolutely delicious chicken and merguez couscous meals for us. We received nothing but positive feedback. And Karim is very accommodating. I highly recommend him if you want good couscous.

We ordered Berber and Pasha; the meat and semolina were very good, however, it's a shame the broth wasn't spicier to better capture the flavors of the Orient. But we'll be back...
