The cuisine is entirely homemade, using fresh, expertly prepared ingredients. The dishes are beautifully presented, generous, and bursting with flavor. A special mention goes to the rice mousseline, which was absolutely delicious: a truly original and perfectly executed surprise that we all loved. A wonderful discovery that makes all the difference. The service is attentive, friendly, and professional, maintaining a good pace despite our table of six, which was much appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic, homemade French cuisine in Caen—inventive yet generous. We left delighted and eager to return very soon 🍷✨
