The best restaurant in Cassis. The food, the drinks, the atmosphere – everything was perfect. Especially our waitress, Brigitte. She was wonderful, and the next time I visit Cassis, I'm sure I'll go back.

A superb discovery in Cassis! We opted for the €65 Signature menu and, from start to finish, everything lived up to expectations. The dishes were magnificent, meticulously presented down to the smallest detail, but above all, delicious. The Simmental beef carpaccio was a real highlight: incredibly delicate, perfectly balanced with wholegrain mustard and parmesan crumble. The catch was cooked to perfection, and the tender and flavorful beef tagliata was also a big hit. The desserts were a true triumph, with a special mention for the white chocolate mousse dome with passion fruit, apricot, and almond: a dessert as elegant as it was indulgent, both light and perfectly balanced. The service was warm, attentive, and professional without being stuffy. The non-alcoholic cocktails were also excellent and very refreshing. At €65, the value for money is remarkable considering the quality of the ingredients, the skill in the kitchen, and the overall experience. An address we recommend without hesitation and where we will gladly return!
