Flunch sur Tourcoing

Fantastic welcome! There were 10 of us, and they immediately set up a large table. There was hardly any wait for our food, and everything was delicious 😊 for a very reasonable price 😉. The cashier was great 👍. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back more often.

My favorite Flunch! The staff is friendly and the service is excellent, despite the crowds on Saturday nights. The food is good and the atmosphere is family-friendly. I love going there with my family; the kids are always very happy.

Satisfied except for the points awarded, as I noticed that my meal on December 30, 2025, was correctly credited (total 62 points) and then deducted without reason, because my meal on January 13, 2026, has a total of 53 points instead of 72: I therefore lost 10 points and am disappointed

We come several times a month; they are friendly and helpful both in the kitchen and at the till. P.S.: Make the sauce thicker! Well done to the Roncq team!

Having arrived on the evening of January 3rd, my opinion is somewhat mixed. First, the loyalty card wouldn't work even when I scanned it, and when I asked what the problem was, I was practically bothering the manager. She didn't bother to investigate; she simply sent me to customer service. This could have been resolved on the spot, especially for a €70 bill… As for the meal, it was good overall. My only small comment is that when you order it rare, it's rare, not raw. Luckily, I was keeping an eye on that. Regarding the hot side dishes, I suppose you're already aware of the issue, but when you see countless children sticking their fingers in the food, you're not exactly inclined to help yourself. However, I'm about to get to the dessert bar, and that's where things really took a turn for the worse. Half an hour to be served, knowing that it was 8:30 pm, that there was already almost no ice cream left and that all the extras had already been removed from the counter as if it was going to close, not to mention the filthy windows, the pancake batter everywhere around the place in question, the children putting their fingers in the plates in front of the employees who obviously don't care, once again luckily I had an eye. My crepe was made half an hour early when I pointed it out to the employee. She said, "Yes, yes, I already told my colleague. I was right in front of him." I know perfectly well that she hadn't told him; she did it right after... Anyway, half an hour to wait for two measly ice creams and a crepe. I found that unacceptable, especially under the circumstances. And when you see the area full of people not buying anything and making a huge racket, you wonder what the security guards are doing there. In short, the quality of the restaurant has declined drastically over the years. Extremely disappointed; we won't be coming back to this Flunch.

I love this place, the staff are very friendly, especially Sandra and Horror. As soon as they see me, they make my favorite orange juice with ice. Very professional, very clean, and the food is delicious.

The restaurant is very well run, clean and pleasant.

It was very good, but the pager went off even though nothing was ready.
