No complaints about last night's service, a very welcoming cashier and I'm not even mentioning the manager who was more than patient and pleasant, a very family-friendly place, I really recommend it if you want to have a good time!

We had a great time as a family. The staff were welcoming and the restaurant was very clean. The meat was excellent and there was a wide selection at the vegetable buffet.

Excellent welcome and service! I went for a coffee and snack, and I was lucky enough to receive lovely service from Cindy and Alice. Honestly, the service was impeccable, with smiles and professionalism – a real pleasure! I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back!

A lovely family evening tonight at Flunch in Roncq. All the dishes served were very good (mussels, steak tartare, grenadier) and we had a wide selection at the buffet. I recommend it as it's excellent value for money! Well done to all the staff.

We enjoyed it, but for the price of the water in a glass and the small carafe, the price is the same but not the quantity in the container. Between 26cl and 33cl. I find that excessive.

Very disappointed, it had been a long time since I'd been back. The staff: a team of clowns, at least that evening (Thursday, August 13th), completely unprofessional and practically bothering the guy! I ordered pasta bolognese, ate it with my fingers while waiting for my daughter's meal, and the pasta and sauce were cold. I mentioned it and the response was... well, the griddles are hot, aren't they?! Anyway... €50 for 3 dishes, 3 drinks, and 2 crepes... It's a bit pricey for what we ate. The restaurant was very noisy.

The food was good. Nothing exceptional, but perfectly acceptable. The vegetables, side dishes, and sauces are unlimited with the main course, which is a nice touch. The staff is friendly. However, no one spoke English, which made ordering a bit complicated for us as Dutch-speaking customers. The main downside was a long staff meeting that took place right in front of the buffet. During this time, it was impossible to get any vegetables or side dishes, which was quite frustrating. Overall, we had a good time and the meal was enjoyable, but a few small details could still improve the experience.

It took 45 minutes to get my food, and one person in particular was very unpleasant in the kitchen! I just applaud the manager, who was remarkably kind and did her best to correct everyone else's mistakes. I would come back just for that; she's a true professional!

07/09/2026: The service was quick and the food was piping hot. The fries were decent enough to eat in a taco, but not on the side. The restaurant layout is problematic: Upon entering, you're greeted by a long spiral staircase (the first railing of which is leaning). At the top of the stairs, the payment terminals are only 2 meters from the tables. As a result, when it's busy, people wait on the stairs, which is dangerous and makes it impossible to move around. Of course, no one lets anyone pass, and chairs are left lying around because people sitting on them would be jostled. It would be better to put the high tables by the window opposite the payment terminals; this would create more space. In any case, kudos to the staff for maintaining a good pace and a smile despite the lack of space, the difficult flow of traffic, and the unsafe staircase, which is the only access and exit to the restaurant. And watch out for the machines that don't issue a ticket but instead give you the one from your previous order stuck inside... that's not great for credit card receipts...
28/07/2026: When I read the reviews, it didn't particularly make me want to come, and frankly, I thought I'd form my own opinion. Nothing to say except EXCELLENT! The tacos are well-filled, whether it's the sauce, the fries, or the meat—it's really top-notch. And the churros topped with Nutella are absolutely delicious!! I'll be back.

30/08/2026: Never been disappointed, 5 out of 5 for everything. I go all the way from Comines to get it, and yes, when it's good, I'll travel to eat well 😍😍🥰
05/06/2026: The best chip shop ever! Finally, good, fresh fries served in generous portions at an attractive price, unlike other chip shops, especially in Tourcoing city center where they're neither fresh nor very expensive. I often go back to Gaiguette's on weekends; it's a real treat for my taste buds... And for those who say they're disappointed with the cooking or that it's expensive, you're finding problems where there aren't any!
