Flunch sur Tourcoing

The food was good. Nothing exceptional, but perfectly acceptable. The vegetables, side dishes, and sauces are unlimited with the main course, which is a nice touch. The staff is friendly. However, no one spoke English, which made ordering a bit complicated for us as Dutch-speaking customers. The main downside was a long staff meeting that took place right in front of the buffet. During this time, it was impossible to get any vegetables or side dishes, which was quite frustrating. Overall, we had a good time and the meal was enjoyable, but a few small details could still improve the experience.

It took 45 minutes to get my food, and one person in particular was very unpleasant in the kitchen! I just applaud the manager, who was remarkably kind and did her best to correct everyone else's mistakes. I would come back just for that; she's a true professional!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We came to the Flunch in Roncq to celebrate my mother's birthday. The restaurant was packed, a victim of its own success, with a huge crowd. Despite the high volume of customers, the manager on duty that Monday, July 27, 2026, was outstanding. He remained calm, professional, and above all, very attentive. He found solutions so that my mother could fully enjoy her birthday and leave happy. A big thank you also to the entire team, who continued to welcome customers with a smile despite the busy pace. It's in moments like these that you recognize a well-run establishment. Thank you for your warm welcome and professionalism. We will gladly return!

I went on my birthday. I ate all-you-can-eat mussels, plus a free cake. For my birthday celebration, it was very good and delicious.

My cousin and I went to eat at the Flunch in Auchan Roncq and ordered the all-you-can-eat mussels. They were delicious! The whole team was very friendly; I thank them for their welcome and congratulate those who work in the kitchen and serve the meals.

It had been at least 10 years since I'd last set foot in a Flunch. The food was exactly what I expected in terms of taste (pretty standard from one Flunch to another). The best part was the friendliness of the staff (welcome to the North!). One small drawback: at Flunch, I usually just order the vegetable plate, and when I went, there wasn't enough plant-based protein like lentils or beans.
