It had been at least 10 years since I'd last set foot in a Flunch. The food was exactly what I expected in terms of taste (pretty standard from one Flunch to another). The best part was the friendliness of the staff (welcome to the North!). One small drawback: at Flunch, I usually just order the vegetable plate, and when I went, there wasn't enough plant-based protein like lentils or beans.

I regularly come to Flunch Roncq and I highly recommend it! It's a friendly, welcoming restaurant, perfect for a great family meal. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, so everyone can find something they like, and the unlimited sides are always a plus. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the restaurant is designed to welcome families in the best possible conditions. My grandparents have been coming here every Saturday for a long time, and they're always delighted with their experience. It's become a real family tradition. They particularly appreciate the staff's welcome, the restaurant's cleanliness, and the consistently high quality of service. Every time they visit, they're greeted with a smile and have a wonderful time. What I love most is the relaxed atmosphere at this Flunch. Whether it's for a quick meal after shopping or to take the time to eat with the family, you always feel comfortable. The value for money is excellent, and the team does everything to ensure customers leave satisfied. Thank you to the whole team for your professionalism and good humor. We will continue to come back with pleasure and recommend this place to our friends and family!

I think there should be more servers because some people are using multiple servers and that could cause conflicts.

Fantastic Flunch for our first visit! Everyone from the cashiers to the kitchen/bar staff and the waitstaff is incredibly friendly! The food and vegetables are delicious :-) The children's play area is great, and the security guard makes sure the adults don't get in. Thank you to him! A special shout-out to the professionalism of all the staff who do everything to keep the dining area, tables, restrooms, and hot vegetable area clean! Honestly, we've never seen so much rudeness from some people; it was appalling! We realized (when they left) that a family of three adults (a couple with the grandmother) and six children had bought three adult meals, including an all-you-can-eat chicken tenders meal, on Sunday evening, but they used it to feed the six children who had sat down by going through the bar area and avoiding any checks by going through the tills! They bragged about it when they left their table!!! Unbelievable, it's disrespectful to the staff and the restaurant! Anyway, kudos to the staff for remaining courteous in the face of such rudeness! Thank you for the welcome :-)

I came on Thursday and the cashier wasn't very pleasant compared to other times I've been. In terms of customer service, I find there are fewer choices than before.

I go there very often and I really like the Flunch menu – great prices and choice (except for the poster showing desserts for 2 euros – the cakes pictured aren't included). I often see the cashier Nicole, who is very smiley and friendly, which I appreciate, and Adeline at the bistro stand is the same – it's pleasant. However, I avoid the children's play area because it's very noisy 🤣.
