Excellent restaurant, faithful to the brand, we went there as a team during a sports competition. I read the reviews before going there and I expected the worst, given the crap that the online reviews leave you reading. We were perfectly well received and, despite there being 26 of us, everyone was served within a reasonable time and with completely honest quality.

We were very pleased with the person serving the meals.
Mike (we asked the cashier his first name) is a man who seems happy to work and serve us. A little kind word, a smile... how good it feels 👍

1/4 hour to get the children's menu (the burger)
The special Batman moment burgers with colored buns... are not colorful. This was the first time I took my daughter to your place, she was very disappointed.
I had the end of the Flemish stew with 3 pieces of meat fighting a duel when I said "ah, I'm coming to the end" I was told that there was still more behind... they didn't tell me didn't complete the plate, even joking that it was the best sauce...
In short, I would think twice before coming

Warm restaurant, pleasant and accommodating staff.
So yes, the lack of staff is notable and you sometimes have to show a little patience. I went there yesterday and I was shocked to see the aggressiveness of the customers towards the staff. And unfortunately everyone benefits from these scenes (children included). I contacted the manager this morning. Courage to you sincerely.
