19/09/2026: What a wonderful surprise from start to finish! 🤩 The food was beautifully presented, the dishes as delicious as they were beautiful, and the service absolutely perfect.
A truly lovely experience, an excellent discovery, and above all, a place you absolutely shouldn't miss!
I'm giving it 5 stars because you can't give more! 🤩

Castello le Bacchus
Cholet
13/09/2026: Passing through Cholet for a short stay, we were very pleased with our time at this establishment.
We were greeted with a smile and had a wonderful time.
We hadn't booked in advance, but it's recommended to reserve as the place is often full.
Everything is homemade, and we ate very well.
Thank you, I highly recommend it!
09/09/2026: Highly recommended Sicilian restaurant west of Cholet!
Friendly atmosphere, warm welcome, and excellent cuisine. Plus, a small Italian grocery store.

La Tarterie de L'Orangerie
Cholet
13/09/2026: Sometimes the service is slow, even for salads. Sometimes the food is served at a delay, and you end up waiting for the person with you to be served before you can eat. I also think the prices have gone up and the portion sizes have decreased when you order a set menu, especially the appetizers. That said, the staff are incredibly pleasant and kind.
12/09/2026: Go if you have the time.
The food was very good, but we didn't get to try the desserts. We gave up after waiting for an hour and a half.
The service was disastrous; we had to ask for everything to be served, even though the restaurant was half empty.

L'Ecailler

27/09/2026: The tuna tataki and gravlax salmon were excellent appetizers; I would say the fish could have used a little more seasoning. The main courses were also excellent, but the portions were rather small.
14/09/2026: Excellent restaurant. Refined cuisine.
I highly recommend it. Free parking for 2 hours at Place Travot is a real plus, allowing you to park right next to the restaurant.

L'Ourdissoir
Cholet
13/09/2026: We truly enjoyed ourselves at this Michelin-recommended restaurant. The setting is elegant, the service efficient and very pleasant, and the cuisine is masterful: the ingredients are seasonal and of high quality, the chef showcases local produce, and his cooking techniques are perfectly executed. Special mention goes to the dessert of lovage and wheat beer ice cream: two flavors we hadn't tried before and that we'll remember for a long time! Bravo!
07/08/2026: We enjoyed the five-course tasting menu to celebrate my parents' 60th wedding anniversary. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal and appreciated the flavor combinations. They will have a memorable experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Le Constantinople
Cholet
03/09/2026: I've noticed they're putting a lot less meat in the sandwiches; some of my friends have made the same observation.
I know them personally, though; we grew up together in the same neighborhood, and I've been going to the restaurant since it opened.
It hurts me that they've come to this!
23/08/2026: The best kebab in Cholet, without a doubt!
Always in a good mood!
