Long wait despite arriving right when they opened. The staff weren't very friendly, except for the manager. They were all eating their fries, so there weren't any left for the customers. The pasta wasn't cooked. The desserts were a nice touch.

The staff is warm and welcoming. The restrooms are quite clean. The food is tasty. This Flunch is very clean. One small drawback is the tray trolleys; they should consider replacing them or having the wheels changed.

Hello, very good overall! The owner was very kind. Regarding the app, it's not very easy to log in! I would really like to use the points for a future meal. I hope that will be possible on my next visit!

Excellent food and a young, friendly, and highly professional team. Well done to them! However, the assistant manager is disconcertingly cold: no smile, no friendliness. You almost feel like you're intruding when you walk in. It's a shame, because it tarnishes the establishment's image.
