Flunch sur Dardilly

I came for a "good to go" offer on Saturday evening, and the manager was exceptionally kind despite my initial confusion about the time I was supposed to pick up my order. I sincerely thank her and the lady at the entrance.

Another Flunch without dauphine potatoes 😡!!!! The food is still better than most Flunch restaurants, but the lack of staff is noticeable. Please fix the air hockey table and the water fountain (the flow is too slow!!). A small bonus for the small potatoes (they melted in your mouth). Sincerely, The Flunch Testers Committee

Hello, I came to have a meal today and ate it with a broken heart. I saw a man, probably between 40 and 60 years old, cleaning up after himself, picking up trash from tables where it was obvious pigs had eaten. So please, show some respect and clean up after yourself. Respect others. Seeing this man bending over backwards broke my heart. He was picking up filth from the floor. So please, clean up after yourself. You're not at your parents' house. Think of those who work behind the scenes; they're often the ones who work very hard and are always paid less. I don't think you'd like to see your father in his place or have to clean up other people's mess. Let's be human. Thank you.

Let's start with the positives: the cashier was incredibly kind. His colleague who cleared the trays was also very helpful; thank you to them both, they were very welcoming. We exchanged New Year's greetings, which was really lovely to be greeted like that. It's thanks to them that I gave it 3 stars. Unpleasant points: the wait staff was very unpleasant. In particular, the woman who was in charge of the upstairs dining room. We had been waiting upstairs for over 10 minutes because the fish fingers weren't ready. The cook told us to wait and come back once they were cooked. There were no more seats downstairs, so we took a seat upstairs. The dining room wasn't locked. While my partner was asking me for help carrying the plates upstairs (we were two adults with a child), the employee, a woman in her fifties with short hair, told me to go back downstairs because the dining room was locked. Sure enough, while I was going down to help my husband, I saw a trolley in front of the stairs. I told her we'd been there for over 10 minutes (she saw us coming up, by the way), and I explained the situation. She replied aggressively, "It was open earlier, but now it's closed, so you'll have to come down." So I went downstairs with the plate, and we waited for a seat to become available, plates in hand... Once we found a seat downstairs next to the children's play area, it was impossible to talk because of the hammer game. The children were banging on it; it was truly unbearable to eat with that noise in your ears. Perhaps they should consider replacing the game with something else, as the banging noise while eating is awful. Several customers were complaining. A second employee, a man who clears tables, had a cold stare and didn't respond when we spoke to him. Was it antipathy or a disability/disability status? In the second case, it's understandable, but if you don't know this, you risk being turned away because it's a common occurrence... We're regulars, and I don't like to say negative things unnecessarily, but it was important to point this out. Sincerely

Very good, good value for money for a quick meal

Perfect place as a back up solution when everything else is closed. We had fish and chips and pursued our trip.

Excellent manager, young but very experienced and understanding. Kudos to Flunch for developing talented people like this young man. He helped me with my son's shopping cart and resolved a problem with both the cart and my son very quickly and efficiently. The cashier was also excellent; a very kind and helpful young woman.

With fast-food prices generally rising, Flunch offers good value for money, and the unlimited sides are a nice touch. I'd say it's a great option when you want a quick and tasty meal at a lower price!

Lack of awareness regarding food waste at the all-you-can-eat vegetable buffet. Prices are reasonable. Staff are generally friendly. A little more attention to cleaning (tables and buffet) would be appreciated ;) ...

Excellent Flunch experience, especially for someone who travels around France. Friendly staff, clean restaurant, generous portions, and hot food. Well done!
