We tried again and we are not disappointed! New Manager, who greets, who knows how to take leave, who wishes his customers a “Bon appetit”. And above all, who informs their customers of the loyalty points accumulated and the advantages they can benefit from instantly! This is called “CUSTOMER LOYALTY”. Well done ! The room is maintained quickly, the room attendant is on hand everywhere. Up to the safety of children in the play area. Hat! The only downside is the lack of smiles and energy from your colleagues. One of which seemed to have served one of his acquaintances before 2/3 people who had been waiting in line for a few minutes already.. (Glacier) The crowds from the day before seem to have tripled! So I didn't notice the problem. The team still managed this RUSH! Remarkable fluidity from the reception/cash desk to the “Hot” service and up to the dining room (cleanliness & clarity). Well done team, We will come back.. 👏 (August 2024) I agree with some previous opinions.. The “manager” who addresses customers in a condescending manner. I usually clear the tables of our used trays. Yesterday, IMPOSSIBLE! Carts with dirty trays were full/overflowing. Tables soiled, not cleaned. The former manager and his team were great! The new one? Uncomfortable... The zoning is not respected. The team in the kitchen is very friendly. But the New MANAGER? HELP! After so many years, welcomed at Flunch. Yesterday was a very, very BAD experience. And this, from the “Manager’s” reception/cash desk. On leaving, we noticed the dissatisfaction of certain other customers. A Customer/Manager argument at the cash register as well.
