A 5 out of 5 for the manager of Flunch who came to correct an unfortunate cooking of my fish. She offered to make me a new one, this one was excellent and came with a very good sauce. A real treat! This is how we recognize people's professionalism! To make a mistake is human, and it is how we react to it that shows us the importance we have as a customer! A big thank you madam, I remain with the magnificent memory of this tender and delicious fish! And let those who need to be inspired by this do so! I have always been happy to come and eat at Flunch, and I am happy to return there next time...for a good piece of fish!

The teams should not report to the customers even discreetly, otherwise the restaurant is clean and we eat very well there.

Personally I like it because it's quick and unlimited. Possibility of eating a variety of meals every day. Continuous service so you eat when you can following the construction sites.

Overall it's improved, not gourmet but it's OK. On the other hand, the state of the toilets is deplorable!!! Not far from a station on the A6 motorway on a weekend away on vacation🤮

The flunch experience is really very very pleasant The staff is incredibly kind. Always smile, joy, good humor ..and it feels good to be welcomed like this . The breakfast formula at 2 euros is a treat You don't need to change anything... THANKS

It's more of a canteen than a restaurant. The dishes are OK without being extraordinary, the staff is friendly, the setting is not particularly interesting. Except for fans of unlimited accompaniments, the quality/price ratio is average. The services are expensive given the setting and the very basic preparation of the dishes.

Clean, warm, the staff is great, the young person who recently arrived is exactly professional, which is appreciated. Please could you consider a small heater in the toilet for comfort when changing babies? It was very cold. Thank you
