We need to pull ourselves together. We need to get our motivation back and rediscover quality.
This Friday, March 20th, the vegetable selection was limited and unremarkable. Some of the staff's uniforms in the dining room weren't great, and the accessible toilet didn't flush. We were seen at 11:45 am.

Average experience at Flunch. The side buffet is varied and unlimited, which is great for the budget, but the cleanliness of the tables left something to be desired that day. The meat was cooked well, but the wait at the till was too long. Convenient for a quick meal, nothing more.

Usually very satisfied, but today at lunchtime it left much to be desired. The cashier wasn't very friendly and didn't register my loyalty card, so having unlocked my Flunch voucher on my last visit, I should have received a discount, which wasn't given... my cutlery was dirty... And to top it all off, the fries were white, undercooked, and cold...
