Flunch sur Faches-Thumesnil

We had a good lunch on Tuesday. The cashier was very friendly. The hot buffet was well-stocked but not very well maintained, as many fries had fallen and weren't cleaned up by the staff, who nevertheless regularly replenished the dishes. The coffee machine's code reader malfunctioned, making it difficult to pour a coffee. An employee clearing tables brushed me off, curtly replying that she simply didn't know how to use the machine. Very pleasant!

At the Flunch in Auchan Fâches-Thumesnil last night, I discovered that a large plate of raw vegetables no longer included unlimited vegetables. I'm quite disappointed. Laetitia from the management team told me that the whole team was delighted and said see you soon. I would have preferred her to explain the reasons for this change. I won't be going to Flunch anymore.

A quick snack break at Flunch and we're off again. The lady who served us was very friendly. The waffle and crepe were generously filled with Nutella, and the chocolate mousse was just as good, all at a very reasonable price. If you're interested, there are all sorts of toppings available...

We had a very good meal, the ribeye steak was delicious and cooked perfectly. I thank the very welcoming staff, unbeatable value for money, thank you.

A standard family-run fast-food chain. The buffet offers a variety of appetizers and desserts, but it's not replenished often. The cashiers struggle to cope with the rush, making them unfriendly and not focused on taking orders. For example, a steak ordered rare was marked as medium-rare, and when the grilled meat arrived, it wasn't what I'd originally ordered. A Tennessee rösti ordered without sauce was served smothered in BBQ sauce. There were many mistakes for a small number of orders. The unlimited side dishes are good quality and include new additions, but the service staff is unpleasant. The restaurant is bright, and the decor has been updated to maintain a comfortable and original feel. It's good value for money, even though prices keep going up... like everywhere else.

Always a very warm welcome, according to the manager. Of course, some could use a little more of a smile, but thankfully the staff remains so friendly.

Incredible! Yesterday at Flunch, a man came in with his plastic bag, took out a plate and green cutlery, helped himself to fries and vegetables, took a bucket from the cart where customers leave their trays, went to the bathroom to clean it, came back and was served mussels on the plate and bucket! In the end, he put everything back in his bag and left, without anyone seeing a thing. A surreal spectacle! 😄

Hello, I just went to Flunch in Faches. I gave it 5 stars for the service, only for the poor lady who was alone. I find it shameful that at 4:30 p.m., snack time, there's only ONE person taking and preparing orders. It's bordering on exploitation!!! Despite the crowds waiting in line, the lady welcomed us very warmly and took excellent care of us! She was lovely! Perhaps you should consider reviewing your schedule to relieve your employees' pressure!!!
