The staff's friendliness and hygiene leave much to be desired.
Furthermore, we had to wait over 20 minutes for cold meat because our food and drinks buzzer didn't go off, and the staff's response to this was simply, "That's how it is, here's your meal." The vegetable and side dish buffet was half empty and disappointing compared to other Flunch restaurants.

Hello
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my visit to your establishment with my family.
It's true that you currently have all-you-can-eat mussels. It's also true that there was a long wait on Sunday, but that's no excuse for the two women serving to be rude to the people waiting. Their reaction, given the number of people waiting, was unacceptable. I saw an elderly man being told off because they were out of Roquefort sauce. While it was true they were out, there's a certain tone for saying things. Where is the friendly atmosphere of Flunch, and what about the manager?

We were a little disappointed with our visit. The interior is quite dated and could use a refresh. Unfortunately, cleanliness wasn't really up to par either.
For 12:30 pm, the food selection was rather limited, giving the impression that we'd arrived at the end of service around 2 pm. There were also a lot of flies in the dining room, which wasn't very pleasant during the meal.
It's a shame, because with a little renovation and more attention paid to cleanliness and customer service, the experience could be much better.

We went there on a Sunday evening to enjoy the all-you-can-eat mussels. At the register, the Roquefort sauce option was no longer available. When we went to collect the mussels, there was Roquefort sauce! We were told that it wasn't offered at the register but that they always had it on hand at the counter 🤷♂️. Otherwise, there was little wait for the mussels and the all-you-can-eat vegetables. Quick service. Large parking lot.
