A lovely little restaurant in the heart of old Brive.
We dined on the terrace and ordered just one dish.
The service was very good.
The dishes were tasty, though not exceptional.
A minor drawback was that the wine was warm.
Our neighbors at the next table seemed happy with their desserts.
However, be aware of the extra charges for the wine: €7 per glass, and €7 extra for a salad!
The total came to €65 for two dishes, two glasses of wine, and a salad.

We came for dinner on Monday evening.
A real treat for the taste buds! The waiter was lovely and offered great advice. Afterwards, we chatted with the owner to thank him for a wonderful evening thanks to the whole team. We'll definitely be back often and will bring our friends. Plus, it's excellent value for money! I highly recommend it! 🤗😉

A wonderful restaurant I discovered by chance... a very friendly welcome and excellent food. The small duck breast with porcini mushrooms was delicious, and the country salad was also generous and delicious, all at a very reasonable price.

Our wish for a traditional dinner was fulfilled last night: delicious semi-cooked foie gras and superb homemade duck confit. The icing on the cake: a surprise apple dessert—light, not too sweet, perfect 😋
Excellent value for money, including the bottle of red wine. Simple setting and very friendly atmosphere (thanks, Guillaume!).
From those who joked about a certain haircut 😅

We stumbled upon this restaurant on our way back from vacation. The welcome was warm, and the dining room pleasant.
The waiter explained the menu to us and was very friendly.
We ordered four set menus and one main course.
The foie gras on the €28 set menu was delicious.
The only downside was that the accompanying potatoes were dry (we arrived at the end of service, so they might have been kept warm. Adding some fat might have helped...).
We felt the set menu offered good value for money.

Hello, I highly recommend stopping at this restaurant. We were looking for regional and traditional cuisine, and we stumbled upon the perfect place! We received a very warm welcome from a very friendly waiter (which isn't always the case in restaurants!). The food is refined and undeniably homemade, and you'll appreciate the excellent value for money. The kitchen is open, so we can watch the chef, which is a nice touch as it allows us to see the restaurant's high hygiene standards. I truly recommend this place if you want to spend a pleasant time with your family while enjoying delicious food. Bon appétit!
