The food was good, the staff very friendly, but the downside was the state of the restaurant: sticky floors, toilets in dire need of renovation, and a general lack of cleanliness. A shame.

It's a shame that the points earned are not automatically deducted from the bill.

Nothing to say, simple and perfect.

We arrived at 1pm and by 1:30pm everything had already been packed up. We didn't even get any more ice cream.

Price, service, friendliness, comfort, and choice of dishes were excellent. The only downside was the lack of soft drinks on tap (cola, lemonade, etc.). Only wine was available on tap.

Always nice, good selection. Not haute cuisine, but it's good and filling.

Just like home. Really good food. For picky eaters, there's always a restaurant.

I had a little trouble finding Flunch; the signage could be improved. After going up one floor, I found myself directly in the drinks, starters, and desserts area, near the trays and cutlery. The wait was less than 10 minutes to pay and choose my main course, and then the service was quite quick. However, the selection seemed more limited than in other similar establishments. The dining area is spacious, but the overall atmosphere is more reminiscent of a cafeteria. The noise level was quite high, and there isn't really any space offering any privacy. The meal was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. I also noticed that the trolleys for used trays were full, forcing some customers to leave them wherever they could. In the end, it's an okay place for a quick meal, but without any real charm or special experience.
