The food is excellent; as a regular customer, I've never been disappointed. The service is pleasant, the dishes are beautifully presented, and the decor is lovely. There's a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy while savoring a delicious meal. I highly recommend it.

20/05/2026: We go there occasionally, but we've never been disappointed. The pasta is excellent, and if you want to try steak tartare, this is the place to go. Very fresh, very tasty, tailored to your preferences, and prepared right in front of you. We'll definitely be back.
13/05/2026: The restaurant wasn't great, the service was bad, and the food was just okay. I don't recommend it. 🙄

19/06/2026: I ate here 3 years ago and just had to come comment because I remember it as one of the best meals of my life, the desserts are incredible and the service was amazing though I’m not sure if this still remains. I’m all the way back in Chile and probably won’t be back in a while but I think of it often

We got drinks, a pizza margarita and pasta alla vodka
The pasta was really good and kinda spicy
The pizza was the best, dough a bit too soft and underbaked
We got 3 bruschettas on the house
And the drinks were good
We did booked a table ahead and lucky we did it was packed and cramped so wouldn’t recommend for large groups (4 max)

07/06/2026: Good food, but the portions were quite small. The waitress—there was only one—was very unfriendly. She didn't even say hello. It was better before, back when Soca was running. We won't be back.

06/04/2026: Good Friday spent discovering this restaurant, which had long puzzled me because of the number of cars parked out front... I understand why now. From aperitif to dessert, it was a delight. Impeccable table service, artisanal cuisine at every stage—in short, I had a wonderful time with my family 😃👍

29/03/2026: Le Refuge is a real gem! The grilled meats are simply excellent, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor.
The atmosphere is warm and the service is top-notch.

It was too hot, and we had a waiter who was completely incompetent. He spilled sauce on the table and didn't wipe it up! We asked three times for a carafe of water, the wine arrived too warm, the restrooms were in a deplorable state, and there was a hair in our glass. I won't be going back. The prices are excessive, and the portions aren't large enough.
21/06/2026: Today, I felt transported to Vietnam. The coffee and the tiramisu cocktail were absolutely delicious. Everything was perfect. Thank you for your warm welcome and all your thoughtful touches. A truly wonderful experience!

17/05/2026: Ordered takeout today: €30 for two meals, and despite that, a 20-minute wait even though the restaurant was empty.
The staff, without hairnets, with ponytails over the burgers, were scratching their faces and then touching orders without washing their hands… the hygiene is frankly alarming.
On top of that, the food wasn't even hot.
Honestly, avoid this place.
It's really not what it used to be.
08/05/2026: Frankly, we were disappointed by McDonald's…
The wait for our order was incredibly long, there was no real customer loyalty program, and the service left much to be desired.
Asking for one or two slices of tomato for a baby and being told, "That's not possible because everything is already counted"... seriously? For a chain of this size, a little common sense and humanity wouldn't hurt.
The tables weren't very clean, and the high chairs were even worse, which is the bare minimum for welcoming families.
Add to that a 10-cent surcharge on Coke when prices are already close to those of a regular restaurant… and melted ice cream.
It's a shame, because the customer experience isn't just about serving a tray. The little details and the attention paid to customers make all the difference.
