Hello, I arrived at the shop at 6:10 PM today, but I was unpleasantly surprised to be refused service. The employee told me the shop closes at 6:00 PM because there was still merchandise in the ovens… I checked, and the shop is supposed to close at 7:00 PM. I've been a customer for years, and I must say this isn't the first time I've been treated very poorly by this particular employee. I've even gotten to the point where I prefer to go to a different bakery when I see her because I know in advance that she'll be unpleasant. A big thank you to the rest of the team for their excellent service; they are always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist us.
