Flunch Toulouse Roques sur Roques

I hadn't been to Flunch for a few years because I found the restaurant dirty, noisy, and the food disappointing, with cold or missing vegetables... My last visit completely changed my mind. The vegetables were plentiful and beautifully presented, and the meat was very good, all in a quiet and very clean restaurant (even the restrooms were clean!). I don't know if it was just luck or not, but I'll definitely be back to see for myself!

We received a very warm welcome, and the place was clean. Some of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The play structure is great, and the partitions help keep the noise down. During our visit, the hand dryer wasn't working, and there were no toilet paper holders in some of the restrooms, but overall it's a decent establishment. Four stars because perfection doesn't exist; there's always room for improvement, even though it's very good at the moment.

Never disappointed by this restaurant. The staff are truly friendly and competent. It must be extremely difficult to work in those conditions (fast pace and unfriendly clientele). Well done to the team and keep up the good work!

Impeccable management and staffing

A typical Flunch experience. We came for the all-you-can-eat mussels, but we were still a little disappointed. You can choose between mussels marinière, with cream sauce, or with Roquefort cheese, but in reality, the mussels are all prepared marinière style, and they simply add the cream or Roquefort sauce on top. The mussels are also reheated in front of you, so when you first serve yourself, they're often quite cold, while the ones at the back are piping hot. Otherwise, no complaints; it has everything you'd expect from a Flunch. The staff was decent, and the meal was acceptable for the price. It was mainly the mussels that disappointed us a bit.

The price of the meal was a bit high for a cafeteria.

Fresh, plump mussels, all you can eat, with a good draft beer, some fries or great macaroni pasta and there you have a good meal, with a friendly karaoke entertainment!
