23/09/2026: The staff are smiling, attentive, and welcoming, right down to the manager. Everyone always greets their customers with a "bon appétit" or "enjoy your meal." I must say, many Flunch restaurants could learn a thing or two. The meal is good, with a good selection of starters, main courses, and desserts—everything is varied. The establishment is clean. It's a shame there isn't a Flunch in Carcassonne.
