June 2026 Update A lot of work has been done on the service! The menu preparation has greatly improved, the burger was perfectly prepared, the fries were a generous portion, and even the drink was excellent. It just goes to show, with the right team, you can be top-notch! June 2025 Update Takeout order errors are back, after receiving drinks other than those ordered in a previous order. Today, it's a downgrade; the Extra Long Chicken remained a regular Long Chicken but was charged as Extra Long... And it wasn't even crowded tonight. September 2024 Update The service has improved a lot since March 2024. I've been back a few times and haven't had any more errors. The service is quite efficient now, even during peak hours, but I still double-check my order. March 2024 Where to begin? Let's keep it simple: One week ago, I ordered two takeout meals and a burger. The burger, a "long bacon" burger, was prepared without bacon and without a patty... I contacted Quick twice by email (the first time that same evening, the second time six days later) to report this problem. I'm still waiting for a response or a callback, but still nothing. This is the biggest problem I've encountered at this Quick (another problem: an order error with the drink, and the wrong burger was ordered...). As for Quick's products, the quantity has decreased slightly, but the prices have increased by 10% in the last two to three months. So, I'm going to reduce my visits by 10%... and check my orders, even verifying the ingredients of the burgers and drinks. Reply to the owner: Hello, okay, well, I'm still waiting for you to contact me by email or phone because I've already contacted you twice by email and phone, but the latter is just a promotional voicemail.

The last Quick restaurant in the Toulouse region resisting the invasion. I love the burger recipes, but people still can't find the trash can or the tray trolley.

This is the absolute worst. Stock shortages galore, incredibly long order taking times of over 20 minutes, and to top it all off, inedible fries. They'd clearly been cooked for ages. Management needs to rethink and expand their team. Avoid at all costs.
