An incredible discovery! I've rarely eaten so well; everything was incredibly delicate, even the knives had a flavor I'd never experienced before. Without a doubt, one of the very best restaurants in the region.

A small neighborhood restaurant with a limited menu, which is reassuring. The frog legs appetizer was far too expensive for what was on the plate. The food was good, but the price was too high.

We had a very, very happy New Year's Eve. The welcome, the atmosphere, the generosity, and the delicious flavors of all the dishes, always served at the perfect temperature. Bravo and thank you both! See you soon! Happy New Year again!

We were quite disappointed with our meal compared to the reviews we had read. The meat wasn't excellent, the main course was very simple, and the dessert was good but more like something you'd eat as an afternoon snack than a restaurant dessert. In short, perhaps we just went on an off day.

A weekend among friends in the vineyards, a lit storefront, one last service before a week of vacation... All this results in a unique menu full of flavors, very well prepared, and a local bottle. A wonderful discovery! We found our meal for our pro-hate trip.

New and friendly restaurant with some original but tasty dishes. Original wine list, there is a bit from several regions of France which is unusual and can make us travel as it is unexpected for a small Berry village. An interesting discovery to repeat this establishment.

This is the second time we've visited this restaurant from Bourges. We don't regret the trip, as it's well worth it. Very good food, great service. The very friendly owner always comes to see the customers for a chat. Don't hesitate to go, you won't be disappointed.

10/03/2026: This is a great place with excellent food. The restaurant was full, but the very friendly staff still managed to set a table for us. All the dishes are homemade and delicious. And of course, they were accompanied by a good Mennetou wine! We highly recommend this little restaurant. Denis and Stéphanie
10/03/2026: Recommended for its reputation. Huge disappointment. Excellent service. Very pleasant waiters. Terrines as a starter. The pike main course was excellent, but they placed a dish for four and we served ourselves, which was a bit confusing, but not a big deal. The gratin dauphinois, on the other hand, was served canteen-style, scooped onto our plates. As for dessert, a shapeless and tasteless chocolate Charlotte accompanied by a choice of prunes in red wine, banana marmalade, etc.—all heavily alcoholic to give it flavor. ALL THIS FOR OVER €50 PER PERSON with a bottle of wine and coffee, but no aperitif. Let's not confuse authenticity with this vision of our local cuisine. The antique plates would be lovely if they weren't all chipped. We won't be back. Although the pike and regional cheeses are expensive, the rest—the terrine and dessert—are canteen-quality.
