This was my 4th visit to Foujita. Unfortunately, this time was not as pleasant as the previous ones. The raw fish was good and fresh, but the rice was overcooked and in large quantities, which made the sushi and makis very heavy. As a result, I had a stomach ache for the next two days 😩 The miso soup is very good, the best I have eaten👌🏻 The service is not great if you are not seated at the table opposite the chefs.

Very good quality cuisine. On the other hand, the prices have increased and the quantities of the lunch menus are not gigantic, sometimes we are still hungry when leaving the restaurant. Great decor

We ordered two sushi moriawase special - the taste was overall ok but the rice was a huge mistake. The portion is not only too much but it is overcooked.

A great place to eat! On the other hand: the room is very small, we always have the impression of disturbing the person to the right or left of us or even the waiters... And who says small room means arriving early - as soon as it opens - otherwise you have to make the tail !

3 times I come there. A must-see place in Paris to taste good sushi. For the evening according to my experience, Plan to arrive at the time of the first service (7 p.m.) and even 20 minutes before. No reservations possible. If you already know Japanese specialties, opt for an à la carte order, to enjoy fatty tuna, grilled salmon skin, eel, raw shrimp (amaebi) for example. Otherwise a moriawase menu is not bad to start with. Good tasting !
