Small restaurant for which it is better to reserve.
The ramen is delicious. I highly recommend.
The decoration is very well chosen.
The toilets must be visited because they are worth the detour... 😉
Gyoza: a treat
Yuzu cocktail: fine and tangy
Ramen: broth not strong enough for my taste
Sesame cheesecake: delicious but too much cheese.
A plate much more than just chipped for tapas. What a pity
The place is nice (including the toilets!) and the staff is very pleasant. However, I was disappointed: the gyozas I had as a starter were quite bland, my companion's mini chicken donburi wasn't great either. I didn't like the ramen: the broth was forgettable, the chashu really too thick and absolutely not tender/melty and the marinated egg too salty...BUT the noodles were very good.
It was really excellent!
Personally I enjoyed the vegetarian ramen & gyoza, and my partner had the signature ramen, it was hearty and the taste perfect.

The slices of duck breast should be a little thinner
The Ramen broth lacks umami... little character, no length in the mouth. Damage. Good cooking of noodles and meat.
Good but it's not the best Ramen in Paris... it could become one without much effort

A mixture that makes you dream but in the end my taste buds were not happy.
Pan-fried foie gras, but too soft, leaves a taste and texture in the mouth that is not very pleasant
The waguy is not of the best quality, I have already seen better in France.
The truffle alone is not transcendent.
Tomago is not too tasty.
On the other hand, the noodles and the broth comprising the mixture of the three were delicious.
Besides, a bite of the three with noodles and broth was really enjoyable, except that we quickly ran out of the three before reaching the end of the noodles.
And the dessert is not refined at all and is very heavy: black sesame cheesecake
And unfortunately, the service is moderately responsive with friendliness reduced to a minimum.
El camarero ha sido muy simpatico y atento. Nos ha regalado un plato de gyozas mientras esperábamos el ramen porque le dió la sensación que llevabámos rato esperando (aunque no hemos tenido la misma percepción🙂). Comida excelente.
