What a superb experience!!! A wonderfully vintage setting, just the way we like it. The servers were incredibly attentive. And I can't remember ever having such a delicious piece of beef. And don't even get me started on the homemade desserts… a real treat!!! For those with a big appetite, the portions are generous. I'll definitely be back, no matter the distance!

We rarely come to Bourg-en-Bresse, and it's always a pleasure to stop at this unmissable spot. Today we were with a friend from Lyon who was delighted with our discovery and told us he'd be back soon with his family to show them what a real brasserie is, not a tourist trap or a fast-food factory. Everything is homemade, and the staff is professional, the kind you only see in the big Parisian brasseries these days, with one major difference: you can take your time. There's no second or third seating rushing you to vacate your table. It's perfect.
