Excellent restaurant, tasty seasonal dishes and a chef who loves his job…it makes all the difference.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Capsule! The variety of ingredients on the plate and their combination were perfect! The staff is also very friendly. I highly recommend it!

I had lunch at Capsule, both at Place du Monstre and Place Michelet. The welcome was very warm, friendly, and the service was quick. You can tell the menu is well-thought-out and consistent, with a genuine ethical approach behind it. I tried the trout lobster roll, the roasted Camembert, the speculoos cinnamon roll, and the tiramisu balls. Everything was delicious, hearty, generous, and flavorful! I understand the menu changes often, so I'll definitely be back! A great place!

The decor was harmonious and welcoming, the staff pleasant, and the dishes original and served in generous portions. The only disappointment was the Bourgogne Aligoté, which lacked aroma.

A truly wonderful discovery at Capsule! We initially came to enjoy a good, hearty burger at Frenchy Resto, but upon arrival, we discovered that the establishment had completely changed its philosophy, embracing an ethical approach. My wife and I seriously considered going somewhere else to find what we were originally looking for. But then the chef came to speak with us personally, showing immense kindness. He took the time to explain this shift and how his growing awareness of climate issues had guided his thinking. Touched by his approach, we decided to give it a try… and we have absolutely no regrets! The food is homemade, prepared with a passion that shines through in every bite. I enjoyed a revamped veggie burger that was absolutely divine, bursting with flavor and perfectly seasoned. To top it all off, the chef even offered us a dessert at the end of our meal to avoid food waste. Finding such authentic, committed, and welcoming restaurateurs is becoming far too rare these days. An excellent place that I recommend 100%, we will definitely return!

My wife and I went to this restaurant for the first time. The concept is based on simple yet inventive cuisine using high-quality products sourced from local farmers, bakers, and winemakers. The fruits and vegetables are showcased beautifully. From the open-faced sandwiches as a main course to the brioches for dessert, everything was delicious and flavorful! Keep up the good work!
