A delightful discovery! Fresh and original small plates and snacks, made with seasonal and high-quality ingredients, and generous portions. Moreover, the atmosphere is very pleasant and the restaurant is located in one of Tours' liveliest neighborhoods.

Located in a pretty square lined with restaurants, Capsule is definitely worth a meal; the croques are delicious, but you'll have to discover the menu for yourself, which is influenced by the seasons and the preservation of our planet.

Excellent restaurant in Tours with good value for money. The place is very welcoming and located in the city center in a beautiful square. The portions are very generous and the dishes were delicious. For us foreigners, it was great to have tried a good quality croque-monsieur. The service was excellent, we felt very welcome!

Pretty good, but still a bit pricey in our opinion. The dishes are good, but for example, the Countess salad had four salmon toasts on a huge amount of salad... but we still ate well, all our best wishes.
