A fantastic find on Rue Saint-Rémi. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and generous portions. The ramen broth was perfectly balanced, and the noodles were excellent. I especially loved the gyoza, which were perfectly golden brown and crispy. I highly recommend this place for a great lunch break. I'll definitely be back.

Excellent ramen restaurant. It fills you up nicely and leaves you very satisfied. A very good price. A lovely interior atmosphere and a great experience. And also very welcoming and friendly service. Fast and very reasonably priced with very high-quality ingredients.

You sit down, order, and the service is very quick. You eat facing the stove. It's unusual, but it's great. I love this concept. And as a bonus, it's delicious. The price is reasonable: less than €20 with drinks. Depending on where you sit, it's bound to get a little warm, but it's bearable.

I loved it! We were transported to Japan for the duration of a meal. The ramen was flavorful and generously topped, and the gyoza were also very good and true to Japanese cuisine. I highly recommend it!

A warm and friendly place, welcoming staff, very fast service. Gyozas: very good. Vegetable ramen: the broth lacks consistency. It's a shame you have to add an egg for protein. The toilet is still a question mark because it's INSIDE the kitchen, which you have to walk through. Aside from that, it's convenient for a quick ramen in Bordeaux.

04/08/2026: The sushi pieces are far too small: a typical sushi weighs around 30-35g, whereas these were only 21g. The difference is significant and gives the impression of poor value for money. As for the taste, it's nothing special. The ingredients are decent, but lack any particular flavor.
