I often walked past, thinking I should try it one day, but the crowds always held me back. Now I understand why. Starting with gyozas, which unfortunately weren't to my taste (too much garlic), their ramen was incredibly comforting, as was their warm welcome. The broth is flavorful without being overpowering. Everything is perfectly balanced, right down to the portion size, which I found just right. The fact that the food is prepared right in front of you creates a lively and convivial atmosphere rarely found in French restaurants. I'm so glad I discovered this place and I highly recommend it.

Really enjoyed the ramen and noodles here, the gyoza were also great. Really fun to sit and watch them cooking while you eat. Loved it so much we went twice during our long weekend in Bordeaux!

I had a wonderful time! The team was fantastic and friendly, super pet-friendly, the ramen was delicious, and I loved the open-plan kitchen counter atmosphere! A lovely experience and a real treat! Go for it!

I've been eating Fufu's fried noodles for over ten years. They were delicious at first, then there were a few years when the taste wasn't as good, but now they've improved again. The recipe and the chef have both become much better, and the fried noodles taste amazing! I've started going back to being a regular customer! It's really great now, friends should definitely give it a try.

Excellent value for money. Generous portions, good ramen and tonkatsu. The staff are always friendly. The place is small, but the wait isn't too long and it's definitely worth it.
