We reserved a table for 4 people for the 7:00 p.m. service. The welcome was very pleasant. The explanations on the à la carte dishes and daily specials are very clear. The dishes were excellent and plentiful. The service was very efficient and discreet. An excellent evening, I highly recommend.

To begin with, the staff is very pleasant, take the time to explain and advise etc.
The food was quite copious and delicious, I discovered the Japanese shellfish nigiri (Hokkigai) which was an excellent discovery as well as the one with salmon roe.
The only downside was that as the restaurant is quite small it was very noisy so it was difficult to hear or be understood.

Very good Japanese restaurant, we ate very well there, we had an assortment of different nigiri, maki and california, they were all excellent, the proportion between rice and fish was very well respected, we were also able to discover new flavors. Gourmet coffee is very interesting and allows you to taste almost all the desserts.

Very good experience at Fuji. The 3 daily set meals were all 16€ for lunch. The bento is excellent and plentiful.

Very nice discovery of this restaurant, which we have been wanting to make for a while. We will return without any hesitation, quickly. And of course as fans of Japan, our teenagers loved it!

Cuisine japonaise maison toute en couleurs et saveurs ! Le bento du jour était un régal tout comme l’assortiment de ravioles en entrée. Je recommande vivement !

Vrai restaurant japonais. La cuisine est parfaite et authentique, bien différente des faux restaurants japonais. L’authenticité est aussi présente dans le cadre, une petite salle bien décorée et chaleureuse. Le service est très complet et agréable avec des serveurs qui prennent le temps de présenter la carte et d’assister dans le choix (notamment pour les allergies). Pour profiter au mieux de l’expérience, privilégiez d’autres plats que les sushis qui sont certes bons, mais moins originaux que le reste de la carte. Meilleur japonais de Rennes. Allez-y.
