We had a wonderful time at Fuji in Rennes. We chose a selection of several dishes, and it was truly divine: delicate flavors, fresh ingredients, and elegant presentation. The staff is also incredibly kind, always attentive and helpful, which makes the experience even better.
A Japanese restaurant I highly recommend: everything was truly excellent!

A wonderful discovery! The welcome and service were very friendly! The menu offers a wide variety of choices depending on your preferences in Japanese cuisine. I found the rice preparation interesting, with a very well-balanced vinegary flavor and high-quality ingredients. The fish was also excellent, and the portions were generous. I highly recommend it!

Incredibly good! An overall score of 19.5/20, it was top-notch! The tasting platters took us on a journey; we came as a family, and both kids and adults loved it! A wonderful discovery, with helpful advice to boot. One of our favorite restaurants from now on!!! You'll leave feeling light (unlike in a traditional restaurant). Definitely going back! Thanks again, it was amazing!!!

This restaurant is a wonderful discovery, something we've been wanting to visit for a while. We'll definitely be returning soon. And of course, as Japan lovers, our teenagers loved it!
Edit 2024. Still as perfect as ever, we come here regularly and enjoy it all the time.

We had an absolutely delightful time at Le Fuji restaurant in Rennes. The quality of the products is incredible: everything was fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. The variety of dishes offered caters to all tastes, and every bite was a real treat.
The staff is extremely attentive and responsive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. In short, impeccable service and a memorable meal. We will definitely return!
