Everything was delicious, super fast and friendly. We ate there often (delivery). I also recommend the simpler dishes, like crunchy rice and marinated chicken skewers. A guarantee.

A very good restaurant; everything was really good, and the bowls were delicious. However, there is one important point that needs improvement regarding hygiene. I noticed that some staff members take payments and then immediately start preparing the bowls without necessarily washing their hands in between. This is really not reassuring, especially when handling the food afterward. It would also be necessary to ensure that the staff working in food preparation have short nails, as this is essential for food hygiene. It's a shame, because the food is very good. I hope these comments will be taken into account to improve the experience and, above all, the hygiene.

Fuso is a great place in Antibes if you're looking for delicious and customized poke bowls. The best part is that you can create your own bowl at the terminal and take your time. Depending on how busy it is, the two terminals might be a bit limited, but we didn't have any problems (we were there at lunchtime in August). They also offer a wide selection of bowls that you can order separately. You can eat in or out. The atmosphere was fantastic. I highly recommend it. Because the restaurant is located a bit away from the center, it's also quieter and more relaxed. The bowls were very tasty and the ingredients were very fresh, which you could definitely taste.
