A truly wonderful experience at this restaurant! We ate very well, the dishes were delicious, and the atmosphere was really pleasant. But above all, we were absolutely delighted with our waitress! Smiling, attentive, lovely, and remarkably professional. It's so nice to be welcomed and served with such kindness and good humor. I've found an exceptional place where I've been having lunch almost every day for nearly three years. Let me describe it to you: a beautifully decorated restaurant with a glass partition that allows you to see into the kitchen. I love sitting facing the kitchen to watch this wonderful team of cooks working with passion during the busy lunch rush. It's a break where I recharge with delicious little dishes that transport me. This journey is like a culinary voyage where each step reveals the intensity of an exceptional terroir. Early in the morning at the markets, among the colorful stalls of heirloom tomatoes, multicolored peppers, small pumpkins, purple and pearly eggplants, and bunches of fresh basil, the route unfolds according to the aromas. Here, world cuisine takes on a southern accent: the raw freshness of local produce, everything prepared with fruity olive oil, magnificent sun-drenched vegetables, superb fresh and wild fish, and meats simmered for hours in cast-iron pans, are combined with the generosity of Mediterranean spices. A vibrant stopover, where the simplicity of local ingredients transforms into a vibrant and flavorful culinary experience. Thank you to the entire Café Passion team and congratulations!

A small, charming café that I only discovered after several days in Aix. They also offer simple lunch dishes. The vegetarian lasagna was excellent, and the service was superb. I highly recommend it.

Two lovely ladies who cook like princesses. Had a delicious breakfast with gluten-free bread. They make everything fresh every day. New dishes every day too. I have only one fear: how are they going to keep this up? Because it is top-level work. I will be back when I am in AEP!
