I came to pick up a birthday cake with my son in his stroller, and was told a bag cost 20 cents. I offered to pay by card, but they refused for that amount. Then came the remark: "Then I'll give it to you for free…" in a tone that implied it was almost a favor being imposed. The result: a huge plastic bag, like a garbage bag, for a standard pastry box, but no suitable paper bag offered. More than the 20 cents, it's the customer experience and the tone of the staff that leave a bad taste. What a shame.
