The vacherin glacé I ordered on April 3rd was a delight; the meringue was fresh and melted, as were the pastries, viennoiseries, and bread. The staff were at your service with a smile and always a kind word. On the Route de Bitche, have a good breakfast and enjoy homemade daily specials at lunchtime. Highly recommended.

21/06/2026: I stop by every morning to pick up my double espresso, and honestly, the welcome is always warm and friendly. Nothing better to start the day! The strawberry tarts are excellent. I highly recommend Francis Bakery! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Patisserie Maxime

17/06/2026: A must for pastries and sweet verrines in Haguenau. A little pricey, but the taste and quality are there... it's a shame the tasting room is a bit small. The waitresses are great, and the hot drinks are too! A lovely place to warm up in winter and cool off in summer... my wife loves going there too!
24/04/2026: I had already enjoyed pastries and viennoiseries from Maxime's several times, but this was my first time dining in for lunch. We ordered two salads (a Greek-style salad with marinated vegetables, feta, and chicken, and a pasta salad with avocado, salmon, and shrimp) and a cheesecake to top it all off. Our salads were generously portioned and delicious, as was the dessert. I would have appreciated a few pieces of bread to accompany the salad; I imagine that would be an extra charge? Whether you eat in or take away, Pâtisserie Maxime offers a variety of baked goods and pastries, as well as several savory options (hot and cold) that are sure to delight everyone!
