I had lunch today at the Grains de Sel restaurant. I'd wanted to go there for a long time. And I can already say that I'll be back. The setting is understated, elegant, and intimate. The cuisine is refined and beautifully presented. Everything was perfect, from the speed of service to the quality of the dishes. The value for money is simply exceptional. A wonderful place right in the heart of Haguenau. A sure bet that I highly recommend.

Everything was excellent, from the main course to the dessert, as well as a very good wine recommended by the staff. Special mention also goes to the friendliness of the waitresses and the chef's friendly greeting. My family and I had a wonderful time and will definitely return. I recommend this establishment 100%.

They offer a really interesting wine tasting, which is a great way to discover new flavors and enjoy the evening. The dishes are simple but absolutely delicious, fresh, and generously portioned. You can really feel the heart and personal touch behind the place. A lovely spot that makes you want to come back and bring your loved ones!

06/07/2026: We came to celebrate my daughter's birthday and everything was perfect. The melon carpaccio with feta and mint was a delight for starters. We then tried the fish, the pork tenderloin, and the linguine: not a single misstep. Generous portions, fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, and a warm yet professional welcome. Special mention for the birthday dessert brought with its candle – a lovely touch. We'll be back.
