Gelateria Grom sur Paris

I saw this place had a long queue while I was having dinner next door, mostly foreigners, and it looked delicious. Today, on my way to Café de Flore, I passed by and ordered a medium-sized pistachio and mango combo. It was indeed delicious! The ladies working there were very nice.

Excellent gelato at GROM — rich, creamy, real quality ingredients you can taste. Got the chocolate and pistachio, both fantastic, really authentic flavor. Good variety on the menu, friendly service. One of the better gelato spots in Paris, worth the stop.

Very, very good ice cream. Whether in the shop or the small tubs sold elsewhere, the flavors are always delicious.

Fantastic gelato place in St Germain!! I got the pistachio and vanilla flavour.

The location is very nice without being too crowded. We were served very generously (which isn't always the case at this chain). The person who served us was also very professional; my partner, who had already been served, went to sit at a table that had just become free. The employee kindly asked if I could wait while he served me, as he wanted to clean the table. It was a very thoughtful gesture. The tastes and texture are always excellent, with a special mention for the dark chocolate, which is incredible. I regret that the Baccio flavor, which I've tried several times, particularly in Rome, isn't offered.

This was another of my IG finds. I had the Stracciatella and pistachio flavours. It was a very hot day in Paris and this was very much needed. The service was really good with the servers explaining the flavours to us. My only gripe was there was no where to seat. There were only 6 chairs and on a super day in Paris, we wanted to sit down and enjoy the gelato. But instead we had to stand in the sun and that melted the gelato way too fast. I would go again.

Raphael is very kind and talented; he speaks Japanese very well. His smile and friendliness make me a loyal customer of this ice cream shop. His colleague Dapheal is also very kind. A great team. Yesterday I was disappointed with the other ice cream shop next door, but today I found the same excellent service here! The salesperson, Ryan, is kind, smiling, and has a great sense of customer service—truly professional! I'll be back for the good service and, of course, the generous portions of ice cream. But just like at the other ice cream shop, the ice cream was decent, but the service was poor, so service plays a very important role. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

The chocolate is just another level. So so so good. The raspberry also. I recommend highly
