This Korean restaurant is, for me, the best. The cuisine is refined, the ingredients are incredibly fresh, the dishes are flavorful and generous, the presentation is impeccable, and the menus change regularly... and what can I say about the service? Always warm and attentive! The small inner courtyard, open during the warmer months, is also a delightful surprise. For all lovers of authentic and unpretentious world cuisine, go without hesitation and let yourself be transported on a wonderful culinary journey. I'd love to give it 10 stars, but Google only gives me 5 😉

We go to this restaurant regularly: and we always find a warm welcome, a menu that changes with the seasons while still including the classics we love, and a refreshing change from the usual "Europeanized Japanese" fare (finally something other than the same old sushi and maki 🙄), all served with a smile and genuine care! Dining at Gindalle is like stepping into a little bubble of culinary delight and serenity 🪷!

I just left this restaurant, and I'm thrilled to have discovered a new place in Colomiers where I'll definitely be back to eat! The food is excellent (I ordered the salmon bibimbap), bursting with flavor and made with quality ingredients. The lady at the counter is lovely, so sweet and kind. We were treated very well. This dinner, on my birthday, was the perfect end to the day, thank you!
