We had dinner last night at Ginger restaurant in Paris and the experience was exceptional. We were welcomed by Alexis and his team, whose service was truly outstanding. Professional, friendly, and attentive from beginning to end. The dishes were delicious: a butternut squash velouté as a starter, flavorful and perfectly seasoned, followed by sea bass for me and scallops for my wife, both cooked to perfection. The flavors were delicate, the portions generous, and the presentation impeccable. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.
