Ginsburger Vegetarian Superstar sur Paris

10/09/2024: This is the prototypical pub, but much more gourmet. We ate here for the 3rd time in 2 weeks, it helps that they are just a few steps from our hotel, and opens late every night. Tonight I had ravioli unlike any I have ever tasted. It is called truffle and burrata ravioli , no red sauce, instead, a filling with includes burrata cheese, known for it's creamy texture. The black truffles are finely grated and mixed into the cheese, also, spinach is on top. Delicious. Another time we had excellent pasta with meat sauce. No, not exactly French, but tasty. The staff was very nice.
