You have to be quick when booking; it's practically impossible to get a table, even for two people, for the next day in the evening. Although the place was full, we were able to chat without being bothered by neighboring tables. The welcome and service are excellent. The okonomiyaki is always delicious. The Miso ramen, a special non-spicy option, and the Veggie ramen with the poached egg as an extra were very good. Still my favorite place for ramen to this day.

I highly recommend it. The noodles are homemade, and it really makes a difference. I had the classic with extra toppings.
The setting is magnificent; you're immediately immersed in the atmosphere.
The service is excellent.
Reservations are essential, even at lunchtime, unless you prefer to eat at the counter (6 or 8 seats).
The signature ramen is amazing; the meat melts in your mouth, and the marinated egg is perfectly cooked. In short, excellent.
Close your eyes, and you're in Japan.

No complaints, the ramen is just as good as in Japan, a real treat. The staff is attentive and super friendly, and the atmosphere really makes you feel like you're in Japan. I highly recommend it. Just a heads-up, you need to book well in advance.
