Superb place, with the best ramen in the city! The decor is beautifully designed; you feel like you're in a Japanese restaurant. The service is impeccable, and the rest of the menu is also very good. We love going there, and we're already looking forward to our next visit.

Still as good as ever, I highly recommend it, probably the best ramen in the area.

I tried the signature ramen and it was delicious. The broth is perfectly balanced: neither too rich nor too thin, with plenty of flavor. The pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender and truly delicious, and the homemade noodles make all the difference! I also really enjoyed the restaurant's atmosphere: you can choose to sit facing the kitchen to watch the chefs prepare the dishes, along the counter against the wall, or in the dining area. The restaurant is a bit more expensive than some other ramen places I've tried, but the quality is definitely there and the experience is worth it. A great place that I highly recommend!

I tried this wonderful restaurant a few weeks ago. I went back today to introduce it to my family. Their ramen is simply amazing! And the gyoza too. The flavors are spot on. The service is perfect, and our server gave us excellent advice (I didn't ask his name, but he certainly knows how to recommend things; you can trust him). The atmosphere is magical; you really feel like you're in Japan. Thank you again! We plan to come back often 😋 You deserve a 10/10 according to my 8-year-old son! And we completely agree with him 😉

As a ramen enthusiast, I simply had to try this place! I ordered the signature ramen: excellent broth, homemade noodles, and chashu—truly no complaints about the quality. However, if you're used to eating ramen like me, you might be a little surprised by the amount of meat. In a "classic" ramen, there's only one slice of chashu and a tiny piece of chicken, barely the size of a thumb. It's a bit frustrating, because you definitely want more. I was expecting at least a proper slice of chicken the same size as the chashu, or two slices of chashu, which, in my experience, is quite common. The meat is very tender and perfectly cooked, but I don't recall ever seeing ramen with so little meat, either in Japan or at several good restaurants in the North. Despite this minor drawback, the overall experience is very good and worth trying. I still recommend it! Knowing what I've learned, next time I'll get two extra Shashu supplements 😁
