We especially loved the "Aburi" appetizer.
Remember to book, it fills up quickly, especially on weekends. The atmosphere is calm and air-conditioned (perfect for summer), with soft background music; it was absolutely perfect. See you soon! :)

Having not been to Japan for a year, I felt transported back there for the duration of a bowl of soup. The setting is exceptional, the broth perfectly prepared, and the handmade noodles are excellent. If the 13-hour flight is daunting, Ginza offers a culinary journey for 20 euros per person.

The noodles were better than the first time (less cooked).
However, the table was sticky. We found the service rushed (we were there during the last seating and one of the last tables to leave).

Great ramen, ya! I recently returned from a trip to Japan and was transported back to my own time there, both by the taste of the ramen and the retro 80s Japanese decor (and the Japanese restrooms)... The waitresses were very friendly and attentive... I was able to chat with them about your establishment... Special mention to the homemade noodles and the amazing miso... Congratulations! If I had one small suggestion, it would be to try takoyaki... I don't know of any other restaurants in the area that offer them... It would be "spectacular" 😁

The gyozas weren't bad. I had the signature ramen, and the broth was very good. However, the prices are high, and while I had a good meal, I'm not sure it's worth the trip from Lille.
