GIUSÉ TRATTORIA sur Paris

Guide Trattoria is one of those Italian restaurants that feels elegant and intimate, making the whole experience feel a little more special. It’s a lovely place for a relaxed lunch or dinner away from the crowds. The food was absolutely delicious, with authentic Italian flavors, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented dishes. Everything we ordered was full of flavor, and you can tell a lot of care goes into each plate. The atmosphere is warm and refined, giving the restaurant an exclusive feel without being pretentious. The service was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. If you’re looking for excellent Italian food in Paris in a charming setting, Guide Trattoria is definitely a place I’d recommend.

Mohammad, working the street side pizza oven, was very friendly and helpful with ordering. Margarita pizza was divine. Bolognese pasta was excellent. My kids gobbled it all up. Will come back again before leaving this city!

Very pleasant on the terrace. The starters were divine: artichoke carpaccio with truffles and vitello tonnato. The main courses were a bit disappointing, too small. The raw tuna and salmon on a bed of rice were average, the size of a starter. The dessert was very good: cheesecake. The waitress, Charline, was lovely.

Absolutely fantastic. I came for my birthday with some friends and the service was superb. A huge thumbs up to the waitress who was incredibly pleasant, and also to the very friendly bartender (the honey shots are amazing!).

I visited Giusé last night with my friend Zohra after one of those long days filled with meetings and a photoshoot. I was completely drained and honestly just needed a little pick-me-up. While we were walking my dog through the park, she suggested we try Giusé—and I'm so grateful she did. I was originally planning to be home by 10 p.m., but we ended up staying until closing. That's the kind of place this is. The food was wonderful, but it was the warmth of the people that made us never want to leave. I ordered the Niçoise salad, which was absolutely perfect for a warm summer evening, and tried Pavlova for the first time after Zohra’s recommendation. Safe to say I've found my new favourite summer dessert—it was incredible. I don't drink alcohol, but their talented mixologist, Axel, made me a beautiful custom mocktail that tasted like the most refreshing honey-lemon spritz. It was thoughtful, delicious, and made me feel just as included in the experience. What truly made the evening unforgettable, though, was the hospitality. The owner was there and has a rare gift for making every guest feel like family. He welcomed not only us, but my dog as well, even bringing her a bowl of fresh water and making sure she felt just as comfortable as we did. Those little acts of kindness don't go unnoticed. We spent the evening chatting with the owner and Axel until the restaurant closed, laughing, sharing stories, and completely losing track of time. It's rare to find a place where the food is exceptional, but the energy and the people leave an even bigger impression. Thank you, Giusé, for turning what started as an exhausting day into one of my favourite evenings in Paris. I'll absolutely be back to work my way through the menu—and to see what the owner and Axel recommend next. Sometimes the best kind of therapy is great food, genuine hospitality, and wonderful conversation. 🦋🥂

An absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish! The food was simply extraordinary: each dish was a true delight, bursting with flavor and perfectly prepared. It was undoubtedly one of the best meals we had in Paris. The service was equally remarkable. A huge thank you to our server, who was exceptional: smiling, attentive, professional, and always taking great care of us. She made the evening even more memorable with her kindness and positive energy. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the atmosphere, the food, and the service. A must-visit restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend. We will be back very soon! Silvia was superb; honestly, servers like her are rare and magical. I'm giving it 4 stars for the service and because it's Marco Verratti's restaurant, but otherwise it's probably the worst Margherita pizza I've ever eaten in my life… The place is still nice with a good atmosphere

We had lunch with Giusé and had an excellent pasta meal so we returned later in the week for dinner. We enjoyed everything about the experience. So much that we booked another reservation for our last night in Paris before our return to Wisconsin. Unfortunately just after we had made our dinner order and had just been served our aperitif's, we were shocked by what sounded like gunfire just outside the door. Turns out an electrical fire started next door and we were rushed out to safety. We feel terrible for the Giusé and excellent staff and hope it recovers quickly. We will definitely return our next time in Paris. (PS. the fire also took out the electricity at our hotel two blocks away...not a great last night in Paris but one we'll always remember.)
