Hot chocolate and tea when it's cold outside. And they managed to squeeze us in at a small table upstairs. Very nice!

Great find in the center of Le Havre! The welcome and service were excellent. I came for an afternoon snack. €7 for a Nutella waffle and a cappuccino. Affordable price and quality product. Warm and inviting decor! Thank you for your hospitality.

Hello, this is a great café! We've gotten into the habit of having breakfast there instead of at the hotel. For a reasonable price of €7.90, you get a hot drink, a slice of bread with butter and jam or pastries, and an orange juice. We find it much better than the hotel, where breakfast is now practically €14! If this keeps up, it'll cost as much as lunch. So I recommend Louise Café; the staff are very friendly too.
