Every time we come to Palavas we have our ice cream here! Product quality 💯 and pleasant service

We came to Palavas today and I had spotted this pretty place called Alaska on Maps. The comments made my mouth water. And once there it was confirmed. Very nice home. The ice creams are indeed excellent. I had a “vacherin” style cup (a dessert that few people know about, it was very popular 30 or 40 years ago but still known in Alsace). We also tried the churros and crepes. The milk chocolate sauce to accompany the churros is great! We would eat it with a spoon! The boss is very friendly. We were able to chat. He is an ice cream maker who learned his trade from his parents, especially his mother. A family passion spanning several generations. And we are the happy beneficiaries. I recommend this unusual place. You can enjoy its terrace overlooking the canal or its air-conditioned rooms. Come and enjoy.... Like this motto displayed in the room where we ate and which I noted: Ice cream is like life, you have to bite into it before it melts. (I may have reversed life and ice, sorry Mr. Poiret). My ice cream didn't have time to melt, as I tell you... ☺️👍😂😋🍧🍦(July 2023) Summer 2024.... Back in the region, for the holidays, we returned to Alaska to taste new sweets. Raspberry waffle for my partner and Kit Kat pancake for me, followed by a squeezed grapefruit juice (ultra fresh, I recommend!) and a large café crème. The best once again. We will come back to try new ice creams. Once again I recommend this ice cream parlor, despite the inconveniences we may have experienced from other customers. Very good ice cream, but disastrous service, the young girls who serve on the terrace are unpleasant and haughty, no hello, thank you. It’s a shame, I’m going to continue going to the Catalan ice cream parlor! No questioning of staff
