While exploring Sartène we discovered this little bistro which doesn't look like much. Make no mistake. The ice creams are divine. Made with seasonal and local products, in other words when they're gone, they're gone. You are assured that you are tasting real Corsican products. The pistachio ice cream especially with candied pistachios is simply divine. The best pistachio ice cream I have tasted in my life. We had the opportunity to talk a little with the owner who is adorable. I highly recommend this ice cream parlor!

Here we are on a break on the way back from our vacation between Porto-Vecchio and Ajaccio by the coast. The children demand an ice cream break. So we allow ourselves a quick stop in Sartène. We said to ourselves that we just have to stop and in the first establishment we can eat a good ice cream. We parked at the top. We had to go down the whole village to find this magical place, the little 5 minute break turned into a 2 hour stop on the verge of missing the boat. We were good there‼️ a warm place, sumptuous ice creams, simple and effective panini, gourmet tacos and even a bubble tea to finish. Yes, finally seeing the establishment and the menu the end came to us as a whole family. There are 5 of us... We remade the world with the manager, 2 hours discussing Sartene's life and his adventure in this company that he has in his guts. A real moment of sharing & indulgence Thank you ❤️🙏

Difficult to find better value for money. We found our HQ this summer, whether for meals or just desserts. Paninis, burgers and ice creams, when it's made with love it's always good, and with a smile it's even better. A big thank you to the boss, your daily welcome always made us come back. On est venu en famille on s est régalé , tacos au top , mon fils a mangé un Burger .. et on a fini avec une glace artisanale démente … merci pour cette jolie expérience … et pas chère
