Men's toilets partly broken, windows of the entrance doors of the hotel dirty, came for a convention, I did not have access to the rooms, I cannot comment.

Let me tell you how pleased I am with this hotel. Specially for all personal that works here starting by the kitchen people they are everyday so cordial and nice, the reception staff as well I’ve been treated by mostly everyone and all have been super professionals and polite. I honestly think that after being in Paris for the first time and having to experience that rudeness from locals when I would visit downtown area of Paris, the hotel made me remember that no not all Parisians are rude, if your wondering where to stay I’d highly recommend here. They are pet friendly, and baby friendly. The rooms are a bit small mostly the bathrooms are small I personally didn’t like the set up of bathrooms. Also it was clean not exceptional but clean enough. My biggest issue was the bathroom cleaning I always think it’s not been cleaned the shower enough but as a mom and wife I know how hard is to really get mold out of shower and sinks. But other than that honestly just blessed no smells no dirtyness and most important no insects nor bedbugs so that’s for me highly recommend. I think becaof people working here would definitely reconsider to vist again Paris because personal people in this hotel where just always kind! If it wouldn’t be for them i wouldn’t come back to Paris. Thanks Novotel for making my stay so enjoyable

Just a few minutes from CDG airport. Plenty of parking if required Fabulous staff from reception to dining.
